Siwela Dry Red blend 2017..
A blend of carefully selected grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Merlot, Malbec, Pinotage and Roobernet. Each cultivar contributes its dominant aromas and flavours which come alive on the palate. The grapes are harvested and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks until dry and blended for fruit forward unwooded red wine. This full bodied well balanced enriched with dark fruit flavours and aromas, approachable tannins go well with African cuisine dishes, Oxtail, Lamb, or whatever tickles your palate.
